The Newdic Solution

Connecting rehabilitation
and mobility through gait data

Newdic is more than a rollator manufacturer.
We use smart sensors and data analysis to understand how older adults and rehabilitation patients walk,
delivering an integrated solution that improves both safety and recovery.

  • Real-time gait measurement with pressure sensors and IMU
  • AI assessment of fall risk and rehabilitation progress
  • Rollator, insole and app working as one care system
  • Rehab management with data shared with clinicians
01

Gait data capture

Pressure sensors and an IMU measure walking patterns precisely, in real time.

02

AI-driven analysis

The collected data is analysed to assess rehabilitation progress and fall risk.

03

Integrated care service

Rollator, insole and app connect to deliver complete walking care.

Pressure-sensing insole

A 3rd-generation smart insole that reads your gait from inside your shoe

FSR pressure sensors and a 9-axis IMU sit inside the insole,
slimmed to 2 mm at the toe and 5 mm at the heel so it fits the shoes you already wear.

  • nRF54L15 MCU · BLE
  • 9-axis IMU sensor
  • Multi-channel FSR pressure sensors
  • Wireless charging (Rx coil)
  • Li-ion 100–200 mAh
  • Status LED · haptic feedback
  • One insole connects to the phone while the other syncs over BLE, so the pair behaves as a single device

Technology

Precision that captures
every point of pressure

The Smart Gait Insole pairs FSR pressure sensors with an inertial IMU to capture every phase of the gait cycle.
Data streams to the app over BLE in real time, giving immediate feedback.
